bm dress extension

so... 2 out of 8 have not called in nor gone to get measured...

1 is fh's cousin who we added on april 1st....i am going to give her an extension until 5/15... although she should have already gone...she's a teenager and her parents pay everything...she's just being lazy

anyway

the other is a friend who i asked to be a bm 1 month after we got engaged...
we hardly hang out
her and her fh hardly contact us or call

i kinda asked her to be a bm when i was drunk lol

i feel like kickin her out


should i also give her an extension?

I'd try and give her an out. Tell her gently if she doesn't want to be a BM she doesn't have to be- if she still wants to be a BM- then she better get measured by 5/15!

I know...i kinda dont want to hurt feelings nor break frienships...but in all honestly... i messed up by asking her to be a bm... and fh is kinda mad about it... bc she comes w/her fh.. so we kinda made both of them part of the bp...

Trust me, I know. That's how we ended up with 9 groomsmen! If she's dragging her feet then maybe she felt obligated to say yes and you'd be helping her out.

i was really stern with my girls ..... i told them they all had to come with me to get measured or else !!

i picked a day and made them all go tgether so i knew it was done

otherwise they would have been lazy and not went lol
