I found some budget-friendly BM dresses that were the style I liked. First off, the color would be black lace and a latte satin underneath, as I do not like how light the cream color is... What do you think of having the MOH in the first image and the BM in the second (the dress in the middle, or maybe the dress on the furthest left with the lace on the bottom removed). Let me know...
I love dresses like this. I wanted my girls to have dresses with a lace cover but the color I like didnt look good. Great pick!

The two dresses you mentioned are my favorites of the 4, so I think it's a great idea!

As for whether it would look good on all the girls, this has always been a concern for me. I have girls ranging from 2-16. My MOH is a size 12, and requested that the dress have straps since she is busty. The halter dress was possibly the most flattering dress she tried on. It covered her appropriately on top, and the trumpet style gave her a nice waist. (Her hips are disproportionately small, though, despite having broader shoulders). She looked great. One of my BM is busty, but with a tiny figure. She looked really nice in the strapless - although with her it is a little harder to be sure since the sample was a size 12...
