bm dress shopping experience..

ummm so i went bm dress shopping with my 4 bms, fmil and mom..what a HORRRRIIBBLLLEEEE experience..everyone was being obnoxious and unagreeing and rude..

this is why i chose the dress. i will be calling around see who has it the cheapest... then sending every1 an email with allll the info and with a deadline to order it

I did something similar - I just went with my maid of honor and let her pick out the dress and just told the other girls where they can order it. It made my maid of honor feel special and at the same time made it easier on me.

I know exactly how you feel. I went with all my BM at once and it was a mess and I left with my head spinning. Today, I went back to Bridal Reflections with my sister (MOH) and my mom and I narrowed it down to 2 dresses that I have to decide from and then I'm just telling the girls. It's way too much to bring everyone.

I just got back from the carle Place Bridal reflections. I went with my MOH and only 2 out of the 7 of my bm's...We decided on the dresses, and all are in love with them...I don't need anyone else's opinion so now I am shopping around for the best deal and then will let everyone know!!

aww im so sorry you had a bad experience. maybe you should just got back with one person like your moh.....you and her can pick the dress and everyone else will just have to deal with it.

I feel your pain! I have been dealing with the same situation myself. Today, I went all by myself...and found a dress, and at first I had 3 others and I was going to do what I did previously, bring everyone back.

Then, my sales woman, said if you really love dress A...and know it will be flattering for everyone, leave out the other two dresses. It will just give me more of a headache. So, I picked the dress and we just need to order it. I am just going to see if I can call around for the cheapest.

My issue is some girls want to try it on first, but many of the samples run small. Also, my problem, I needed to pick an A-Line, all the dresses I was picking would not be flattering for all. I now found an A Line.

I would just try to bring one at a time, just so many opinions makes it so tough. Or go with one girl, maybe your MOH and you both try on dresses and make a decison.

That stinks. I am picking the dress and just telling everyone to pay up haha. Thankfully my BMs have been good when we go shopping. That stinks though, people need to put their annoying-ness to the side for you.

Ugh- I'm sorry that it was like that! I have a feeling my bm dress shopping is going to be a very similiar experience-my mother is so controlling and my sister (MOH) is IMPOSSIBLE to please-plus we have completely different tastes! I feel your pain!
