BM Dress Stores?!?!?! HELP!!

I need help finding stores that have larger sample sizes for tea length dresses. Went to bridal refectinos and it was a night mare!!! They only really had 8's and 10's and I need about a size 16. They made my MOH feel really crappy about being larger then an 8 and it just was not a good experience there.

We tried Davids Bridal in Massapequa but all of their tea length dresses were super plain and they want something 'forgiving' around the middle

We also tried Estelles and it had nothing we were looking for!

I was having a similar problem and was told most samples only come in sizes 8-12 (and a bridesmaid dress 12 is not a REAL 12!) Its also a problem when a bridesmaid is super skinny and my girls range from smaller than a zero to an 18.

My bridesmaids looked at a lot of online pics to see what shapes might flatter them the most and then tried on dresses without zipping them or just holding them up to themselves. not the best way, but it worked and everyone loves their dresses.
