do any of your girls have a big chest? Bc you cant wear a bra with that dress and if any of them do then it will be hard for them, i know i could never wear a dress like that. There are some bras that the straps go low in the back but to be low cut in the front and back will be hard. I also have a bra where the middle part is clear but then again the back isnt low. SO MAYBE i can do one or the other but cant do both. Its pretty though. What if they can sew up the front or something so its not so low cut?

I was just thinking the same exact thing! If any of the girls have a large chest they'll need support and it could ruin the line of the dress if they can't wear a bra. If they're average to smaller than it's not an issue. I would have the largest chested girl try on the dress before deciding.

That is a really good point. I wouldn't want anyone to feel uncomfortable...

well it wont even get to that point bc they cant wear a bra with that dress lol. So not only will they not want to wear a dress where they cant wear a bra, i am sure you wouldnt want them with a big chest to wear no bra in a dress with such a soft fabric. They would be all over the place
I agree, you might want to check with your bridesmaids to make sure they would all feel comfortable wearing it. Very pretty dress though

Would this dress fix the big chest issue?!
I don't know bec. I only wish I had a big chest but I like the second dress better. Even though I have a small chest I would be a little uncomfortable wearing the 1st dress. Sorry JMO

I agree, I like the 2nd dress alot better and on top should be fine for all girls. But i agree, even if they dont have a big chest, you still dont know if they will feel comfortable showing so much.

If you want a flowy dress, Bari Jay makes beautifu Chiffon dresses. The dress that I picked out for my BM's is Bari Jay. Also the dress that I'm wearing in my sister's wedding is chiffon and it's by Bari Jay. The style # is 815.

The one that I picked for my BM's (and seems to be pretty popular amongst the 09 brides) is style # 760. Styles 380 and 351 look very flowy as well.

Again, ITA! I think the 2nd dress is def better and would solve the chest size issue (provided the back is covered and they can wear a bra), but just check how low it goes. You don't want too much spillage at a church or synagogue, you know? LOL

I love it, but does it fit all the BM's? That and what is your dress like? You should be the one standing out.

One of my bm's is wearing this dress in cocoa!(My girls are all wearing diff bari jay floor length dresses in cocoa) Let me just say it is gorgeous in person. The dress does show a bit of cleavage but nothing scandalous. It could be sewn a bit to cover it up a little if that is a concern. I have a pic of her in it but am browsing the forum on my blackberry so will post the pic tomorrow from my comp.

I think the dress is ok...but it depends more on if your girls have big chest or not. AND also- would they feel comfortable in the first dress? Maybe, you can give them a choice?
