I picked out the bm dresses i want.....now when should I tell my bm to have their measurements done and order them? A few of them have expressed that they want to lose weight first and would like to wait til the summer. I want to give them a date to order it by....suggestions??
I dunno - i could be totally off on this one but i would check w/ the store as to when they need to be ordered.. then maybe tell them like 2 weeks before that date LOL since the store has to order them from the manufacturer that might be a good place to start
im sure they probably dont need them til a few months before. If I give them til the end of the summer that will be 9 months b4 which should def be fine. Im just a freak and wanna get evrything done right away plus i have my brothers wedding in oct
I think 9 months is a good deadline. I'm not even going to look until June, but order them no later than September. We cou;dn't get the dresses we wanted for my sister's wedding because we needed 6-8 MONTHS to order them, so I am ordering them no laer than 9 months before

Paradise Bridal told me that my bm's should come in 6 months before the wedding for their dresses.

they told me BM dresses dont need to be ordered till 5 months before
when i was planning my wedding back in 2008 before I had to postpone it due to medical reasons I went to helens bridal in commack and they were giving me the dresses for 189. I kept all my contracts from EVERYTHING so when I go back to them I want them to quote me the same prices. The only place I won't be going back to is larkfield manor because they told me they would give me my first payment back and lied and never did.
they should be ordered 6 months in advance at the latest. The only thing I will say is this. (I used to work at Paradise Bridal) This dress is beautiful but it is also an older style so there always is a risk of dresses being discontinued. At that point, the store just gets notice to take the dresses off the rack and that is really it. SO i suggest if you are POSITIVE you order them sooner than later. I think you would be fine if you waited til the summer personally, but just thought I would throw that out there!
oh the only difference on the dresses was the sash was solid colored.

we went to renatas in lindenhurst, they lower thier price accoriding to how many purchase, they told us 200 and can possibly do better

I am doing yellow and pink too I think. I am waiting till I pick out my dress to def. have them pick theres. I'll have top pics but I think theirs is going to depend on what fabric and what not I do with mine
I would check with the store and see how long the dress takes to come in. My store told me they should order by the end of May in order for the dress to come in, in time.
