Re: BM dresses
I picked a color at David's and am letting the girls get whatever they love. I was in a wedding that did that, all I had was a swatch of brown to go by...my dress was a perfect match (she had done this since all the BM were all over the country). I want my girls to be comfy and confident that day so let them pick what they want!!

Re: BM dresses
I haven't picked them out yet, but I'm going with the two-piece dresses and I'll choose 2 or 3 tops and skirts that all have a similar line to them, but I'm letting the girls choose which one they want. That way they're all comfortable. I already have what I want in mind, but someone with a fuller figure won't have to walk around in a straight skirt and low top with her chest hanging out, and those with the tiny little bodies can wear what flatters them too. Alfred Angelo has a line with a bunch of different tops. It's very hard to find one dress that will flatter multiple body types.

I am doing the same thing - same designer, fabric and color. They pick the dress...I think I would do that anyway... After Six had like 30 dresses in Satin. And affordable!

Re: BM dresses
I was starting to have that problem and I took 2 girls to the store for us to look and found the most flatterring dress that would look good on all the girls, but still had one girl who I was not able to find a dress for, without having to change the whole style of my wedding, so I got a different style dress for her, snd so far everything is working out well. A good brand that is cut well is the Emme dresses.

Re: BM dresses
Well i originally left this to my MOH but we had issues with finding something appropriate for my little sister and my shorter FSIL and still fit my taller MOH.
Finally thanks to the ladies in here I found the perfect dress. I want my girls to match. If I had more than 3 maybe I'd do a color thing.. but with only 3 I want uniformity.

Re: BM dresses
I had this problem too...all of my girls are different shapes and sizes. I just picked a dress that wasn't too slinky and not too tight but was flattering for the thinner girls as well.
It's a Bill Levkoff...great thing about their dresses...they are affordable and come in sooo many styles. You can choose a color and let your girls choose their dress!
