BM dresses- Check

I went BM dress shopping yesterday with 4 out of my 7 BMs... and we decided on a dress!
the dress i originally wanted didn't look good on everyone- so we found a dress that seems to be universally flattering - so glad we got this checked off the list!
also i tried on my dress again for everyone to see-so happy everyone loved it

pic in album- the model is sooo awkwardly posed

Congrats on the check! I also went yesterday with my 4 out of 7 and we also chose a dress! We , like you, chose a dress that looked good on everyone!

I am looking around to see if I can find it cheaper. Where did you go for yours?

Re: BM dresses- Check

we went to bridal reflections in massapequa- the price was pretty reasonable so we just got it there.

we left at 11. We found the dress right away! I have a question...do we have to do the alterations there? I have a seamstress who will alter the dresses for 1/2 the price

Re: BM dresses- Check

ohh so we def didn't run into each other then.
nope you don't- we asked. one of my BMs lives in Ohio now so they are going to ship her dress to her for free and she can get her alterations done there. another one lives in manhattan and i think shes going to do alterations somewhere there.

definitely try Here Comes the Bridesmaids in the city. they carry a ton of bridesmaids dresses cheaper than some of the bridal stores. we ordered mine from there and i've used it before as a bridesmaid.
www.bridesmaids.com

call or send an email and they'll send you a quote for the dress you have in mind. good luck!
