BM Dresses for Spring and Summer

Please post your BM dresses if you are having a spring or Summer wedding. I am having trouble choosing a color.

I was not one of those girls who had her whole wedding planned out since she was 5... I only had my BM dress color picked out (BLUE!) I loved my aunt's obnoxiously bright 80s blue BM dresses and would have probably picked that color for my girls if nice dress designers made BM dresses in that color.

Luckily for them, this was the closest I could find. My 'classier' BMs love it, and my fellow love-the-bright-blue BM loves it too. Even mom and grandma approve.

I cared more about color, having matching dresses (if at all possible) and keeping the costs down more than than the actual dress, so I let my BMs pick out something they loved. It looked amazing on them, I like the style and it comes in a blue I liked so we went with it.

Edit: I also felt satin could be a little heavy for August. I ruled out satin for my dress after trying on a few, and was happy that my BMs picked non-satin dresses, although I would have been open to it if the color was right.

Same here...all I cared was that they were tea length and not satin. They are georgette and the waist mimics my waist (Maggie Michelle). My BM's want to wear chocolate and my daughter and MOH want to wear cornflower. Whatever. I just rearranged the flowers to suit them. They will carry sunflowers and blue irises and delphinium. The dresses were inexpensive and they all like them.

PS it also has snap-in spaghetti straps so my 12 year old doesn't look like a w****e

Not that strapless dresses are w****e-ish in any way. I just thought they were inappropriate for a 12 year old.
