I've been searching for Coral dresses and I really don't like the 'typical' BM dress, they all fit my girls kind of frumpy and weird lengths since everyone is short. I also couldn't find the perfect coral color in any brand.
We found the PERFECT color for a dress at Bloomingdales on clearance and bought one size, I'm working on getting more dresses from other stores across the country..
Now I'm having doubts that the dress isn't dressy enough and that some people will come more dressed up that the BM's.
Thoughts?
We're having the ceremony at OFC at 6:00 pm. I think we might be able to dress it up with jewelry and sparkly shoes..

I think the dress is gorgeous and something I would LOVE to wear again. As long as you and your BMs like it, eff what everyone else thinks!!

I think they will look great with the right jewelry and shoes. It will give it a more modern look to your wedding, and yes, im sure the girls will love the fact that they WILL wear this dress again :) LOVE IT!

I think that you have to pick a dress that you want for your wedding. Personally, yes, I think they are too casual, but that is just my own taste.

idk i think its fine! so many BM's dresses are just strapless and plain, so this doesn't seem much different to me. I would have them get their hair doone and have makeup/jewelry to spruce it up if you're worried! :)

What kind of dress are you planning on wearing? If you're planning to go with something that is on the casual side as well, I'd say it would be fine. But if you're planning on getting a really fancy gown, it may look weird that the girls are so casual.

Good point!! I think the dress is pretty, but to me it looks like it would go better with a brunch or day time wedding.
But at the end of the day, you are the only one that has to love it!!

For an early fall wedding I think it's perfectly fine. You may have guests come in fancier gowns, but does it really matter? Your girls will still all match and therefore stand out. If you love the color and the style, that's what matters most. Just because something isn't designed as a BM dress doesn't mean you shouldn't use it as one. Your MOH looks FABULOUS in that dress and cut, and if you like it and they like it, I think you should definitely use it!

i think it depends on what style you are going for with your wedding. I think it might be a little short but its a beautiful dress and if you have great shoes and accessories and suggest they all wear their hair up it would be very pretty

Thanks for the advice everyone! I ordered a couple of different sizes and I should get them by the end of this week. I also ordered this dress from Amazon for only $60! It's free shipping and free returns so I think we'll decide between the two. This one also looks shorter but I think it's because the models are soo tall!
