BM Dresses w/ SLEEVES

I am having a lot of trouble finding BM dresses with sleeves. One of my sisters is very self conscience about the way she looks especially her arms. I know they make shrugs and little cover ups (although most of them have big ugly bows). I have only looked online not in any stores yet but I can't seem to find anything with a sleeve? Any one have any ideas? I found one short sleeved seperate top at alfred angelo's online but what about a dress? Does such a thing exist that won't make her look like an old lady?


ETA: I guess there really aren't any out there?
