BM & FG Dresses are in!!!

And yet NO ONE has shoes yet!!! And did I mention they're all getting alterations on their own??

For brides whose girls are getting their own alterations done, how did you keep track? It's not that I don't trust grown women to handle getting it done, but some of them are so busy, that they could easily forget about it!! And I'm not one to babysit people, either!!!

3 of my girls said they have someone to go to, so I'm not worried about them, it's the other 3 I gotta worry about!!

We got our dresses in two months ago, and they're scheduled to go back April 1-so the girls honestly have plenty of time. If they don't have a seamstress yet - take them to Phyllis - since you've had such a great experience with her.

As far as the shoes - they'll get them, don't stress it.

And like Chris said, don't worry about it, they'll take care of it. Offer them Phyllis' information if they need someone, or they'll find someone on their own.

2 are in Brooklyn
1 is in Staten Island (says she has someone)
1 is upstate near Bear Mountain
1 is in Stony Brook (says she has someone)
1 is in Manhattan (I gave her Pinina's info)

Maybe I can bring the 2 in Brooklyn to the salon to get their fittings, BUT it's my MOH who is upstate that has yet to tell me whether or not she found a seamstress. And I doubt she would drive out here for fittings, she hasn't even visited us once yet!!

But you're right I'm not going to stress the shoe situation. Since the dresses are floor length, and I'm no longer doing silver, I told them black shoes are fine.
