Do I need to give my MOH more gifts than the rest of my bridal party? I was planning on getting all of them their jewelry, plus a silver plated jewelry box with a matching compact and lipstick case.

i wouldnt say you have to but i think a lot of people do ...i am getting my MOH probably the same things (like everyone necklaces flipflops etc.) but diffrent then rest of the BM ... for example i got her a nacklace that no one else will have ...

I spent a little extra on my MOH. She's helped throughout and has been my best friend for almost 30 years. I thought giving her a little something extra would be special.

I'm getting my MOH the same stuff as my BM's (pic in album) but she is also getting a spa package She deserves it after this wedding......

I'd give my MOH something special that the other BM aren't receiving because she's been through a lot more with me than the rest of my bridal party. She's earned her due.

I got my MOH alittle something extra... I got her the Vera Wang Love Knots compact mirror and will get it engraved for her.

when i was a moh thats what my best friend did for me
we all had the same bracelet but i had a necklace.

I am not having bridesmaids....only a MOH.
But, if I was having bridesmaids, I would most likely get my MOH something extra special.

I got all of my girls pearl jewelry and my MOH got a larger necklace than the rest of the girls. Considering she has done much, much more than any other the other BMs (one of whom couldn't care less ), I'll definitely be getting her a little something extra - just not sure what yet.
ETA - But you do not have to get your MOH something extra or different... only if you want to! Most of the weddings I've been in, the MOH got exactly what the rest of the girls got and nothing extra.

you dont have to.
i gave my moh's more that what i gave my bridal party- they are my sisters as well as my moh's.. they deserved a bit more special treatment.
