BM gift? What do you think?

(You can change the plates, so I won't necessarily be getting each girl the same design or just a single monogram like shown.)

I was initially going to get them black pearl necklaces, but since they'll be in black gowns, I want them to have the opportunity to wear whatever jewelry they want. I think it would look funny if they all had on the same black pearl necklace. Do you agree?

If some of your BM like to write letters a lot, then you could give them that with nice stationary. But, in general I don't think many people would get much use out of that.

actually, a number of them are into cooking, so I would get 'from the kitchen of...' or they send cards often.

I like the idea of something other than jewelery, but unless your BMs are big letter writers then maybe the embosser isn't the best idea. Personally I'd find it cool, but as an e-mailer I'm not sure I'd get much use.

I like that a lot, where did you find it? I am making my own invitations, and that would be great for emobossing them.

IMO I like the black pearl necklace idea better. But you are right, it may look funny, that they all have the same jewlery on. But this is also a nice gift.

I think that is an awesome and unique gift - great find.

Although I do like black pearls...but I'm not sure how it would look with the black dress.

I asked Kevin and he thought it was a great idea, better than the pearls. I know 2 of my BMs will use it. They're into stuff like that. 2 others would probably be able to use it for their 'thank you' cards after their weddings! I mentioned getting a Swarovski collectible/figurine for my Jr BM and Kevin said I should get her the embosser too! He thinks she would use it the most!!

The problem with the pearls is that they're not 'high-end' pearls. I know a couple of my BMs probably won't wear them ever again.

I think it's a nice gift, if they're into that kind of thing. I have one, and although I'm crafty, and I also send lots of notes, I never seem to use my embosser. In the beginning, everything I came into contact with had my seal on it, now it's sitting on my desk collecting dust.
