BM Gifts

I need your opinions...

If I paid for my BM's makeup and put some money towards their dress, would they see these two things as being part of their gift? On top of this, I plan on getting them a nice piece of DOJ. Do you think they will think it's not a big gift because they are only physically opening one gift, or do you think they'll realize that the makeup and dress was part of their gift as well? Is there any way that I can make the intangible gift of makeup and partial dress into a physical gift?

Wow! That is really nice of you. I would make up a little card that says 'You are entitled to wedding day makeup for FREE' or something like that and add it with their DOJ.

ita - I will be doing this also....and paying for their hair and makeup, and the other presents with be the DOJ and flipflops...

We're paying for hotel accomodations for our BP, so I want to do something similiar to let them know that's part of the gift.

can i ask why you are paying for part of their dresses?

I didn't want to go over $200 because I don't want to place that burden on them. Some of the dresses I like are a little bit over that amount, so I will pay the difference.
