Are you telling your BM's how you would like their hair (up or down) or are you letting me do what they want?
I kinda want everyone to wear their hair up, however they want. But I wasnt planning on paying for their hair, I was going to give them a gift certificate to the place so they can put it toward their hair and make up..

I wanted them all to wear it up. I paid for all of their hair. It looked GREAT in photos! Now I wish they would have all gotten their makeup done because the girls who had their makeup done look significantly better in the photos than the girls who did not (lots of shiny faces on the girls who did their own makeup)

I don't care how they wear their hair, or how they do their makeup as long as they look nice. I'm not going to require that they get anything done professtionally either.

I am not going to 'require' them to do it either way. i can tell you that one of my BM's got married 2 years ago and I was in the wedding party. she 'made' us get our hair done, and WE had to pay the $75pp. I dont think that is really right. between the shower, wedding gift, shoes, dress, bach. party etc., its very expensive to be in someones wedding party. if you are going to require someone to get their hair or make up done, I think you should pay for it.

I let them do what ever they wanted. Was stressful enough getting an agreement on BM dress.
