BM issues

I already had to replace one of my BM's because she's pregnant, due 9 days before the wedding and we're not even sure if she'll make it to LI for the day of. She's playing it by ear. That's fine.

NOW, I have ANOTHER BM pregnant... she'll be 6 months... she already ordered her dress, but we're still waiting on ONE MORE GIRL who was supposed to order HER dress by May 1 and hasn't... AND THAT girl won't answer my calls or texts.

So now I have to have my pregnant friend get another dress ordered... she's already at the top of the plus size end for the designer so she can't just go up a couple sizes and get altered... she has to get a maternity dress... but NONE of the dresses can get ordered until this other girl gets her stuff together.

What do I dooooooooo??

IA...if she's holding everyone else up, she might have to have her role changes...

Hopefully she has something going on in her life that trumps everything else, giving you a good reason why she's not answering your texts/calls...
