Sorry I need opinions on Bm jewlery and my MOH is on this site... Lisa if you're reading this...I'll beat you!! I swear.
I saw this set in a catalog. What do you think? If i do the ribbon in the color of the dress? I am thinking it might look cheesy? The description says pearl. I can't imagine they are.. Maybe freshwater pearls?? I thought pearls were like hundreds of dollars? Anyway.. Cheesy or not? Be honest cuz I am on the fence about it anyway?
I added the dress.. The dress will be in a dark 'rosewood' with the same color sash as in this picture. I was thinking of getting the pale pink ribbon on the necklace?
Can you post a pic of the dress so we can see how it would look together?

ETA: Now that I am thinking about it.. The Pale pink is too light.. I think it may be too many shades of pink, (Rosewood, the pink in the sash and then the pale pink ribbon? )

I think that jewelry is so pretty....not cheesy at all.
Is that the color of the BM gowns?... If so, I may have chosen a different color, maybe just plain silver or even crytals. Thats just my opinion.

The gown itself will be in a dark rose color (kind of the color of the darkest of these petals) ..I don't have a picture of that color ) with the same color sash that is in the picture above. it's called hot pink.. kind of a barbie dream house pink... I am just afraid that if i get that jewlery with the pale pink ribbon pictured on the side that it will be too many shades of pink.
Hmmmm....I think I would be a little nervous also. You could purchase one set and go try on the gown with the jewelry....?

Honestly - I think it's VERY cheesy - I would not be happy wearing that at all ......If you're looking for pearls - you can get a strand of real pearls for under $100 ......try bluenile.com not all 'real' pearls are $$$

I really love the dresses, but I think the jewerly is cheesy.
I'm not a big fan of pearls anyway, but if you are set on pearls, I would go with the real thing because at least they are elegant looking.
Have you looked into any silver pendants? Silver would look great with the dress color.

Sorry, but I'm not feeling the ribbons. Not so sure the pearls will go with the pinks. You may want to try something with crystals, silver, something along those lines. Colors are very hard to match up .

You have to ask yourself.. when would they be able to wear the jewlery again.. I dont think they really would be able to if you got those
