to tell me that she is pregnant. She's due July 25th, 6 days before my wedding! When I asked her to be a BM she told me that she had stopped taking the pill and that she and hubby were trying. We had hoped that she would get pg earlier that way she could still be in the wedding.
Everything happens for a reason...Originally we has 8 BM and 7 GM, so now we have an even BP.
She was so apologetic, I was like you have nothing to be sorry about you're having a baby It just sucks bc she probably won't even make it to the wedding as a guest bc she lives in Maryland.
Babies are wonderful news...but I pray that no one else calls to tell me that they are pregnant.

I feel your pain...one of my BM (my best friend) will be 7 months pregnant for my wedding...I keep teasing her and tell her that she'll waddle down the aisle....but she insists on staying the BP...I wish you the best of luck on your day and to your friend in her pregnancy

I know how you both feel! My MOH and one of my BMs will be very pregnant for my wedding! Plus the Best Man's baby is due the day after the wedding, I don't even want to think about what would happen if his wife went into labor at the wedding!
I'm sooo happy for all these preggers gals, but I'm worried my wedding will forever be remembered as the 'wedding with all the pregnant women' LOL!

I had 4 girls not come to my wedding because they all just had babies...and one girl was supposed to be in my bridal party...but had given birth to triplets.
Things like this happen...there's nothing we could do about it.
The running joke is that we should have gotten married in a hospital!!!!!!!!!

AWE,...maybe she can still come!!! My sister who is also my MOH will be 8 months for my wedding..I am so afriad she will go early, her baby shower is actually this sunday, five dys before my wedding...Good luck to you..I hope she can still come to your wedding!!!

Congrats to your friend. You never know, she may make it to your wedding if she delivers early. If she doesn't make it, you should make a date to go visit her and the baby and bring your proofs and maybe a video that a family member might take. It will work out fine.

The friend I was about to ask to be my MOH called (before I could call her to tell her I had just gotten engaged) and told me she was 3 mos pregnant, and her due date is July 20, 5 DAYS before my planned wedding date!
She felt SO bad when she heard I was about to ask her, but I am thrilled for her! Needless to say there is no way she can be in my wedding either... this leave me in a dilemma b/c I was only having a MOH and one bridesmaid, and now I don't know WHO to ask? Oy!
Of course her news is HUGE and I am thrilled for her (she just got married this past August) .. but those are the breaks!
