OK here we go so my friends we have been friends since middle school is suppose to be in my wedding, so all the girls ordered the dresses but not her and I got the BM dresses from David's brdal so all the girls have to pay in full then they order the dresses, well that was alittle over a month ago. so two weeks ago I talked to her and told her I would lay the money out for since she was having money problems she tells me ok I get off from work at 5 i will call you and then we will go to the store I wait and no call 2 weeks go by and still no call so I call her se is not home then I call her cell and I leave a message this was Thursday and I said on the message I need to hear from you cause I need the dresses to be ordered by Saturday which is today and she has not returned my call please help what should I do call davids bridal and take her of the BM list or any suggestions?????? SOrry long

I would give her one more call and say something like... I need to hear from you soon bc (include all the stuff about the dress here) and If not I would have to remove you from the bm list and I don't want to do that - so please call me back... if you hear nothing I would tell Davids Bridal the situation and let them know that one of your girls will no longer be in the bridal party... after one more call.. I think you will have done all that you could have done!

I agree with Bobbiesgirl. I mean, you've pretty much done all you can do to try to get ahold of her. Hope she's OK though Is it like her NOT to get back to you like this??

I also agree with Bobbysgirl. If she still doesn't call you back, then there is nothing else you can do. I'm sorry you are having BM trouble!

I agree too-I understand that our BP has their own lives-but they do take on a little responsibility when they say yes, I would give her another call and explain that it needs to be done NOW and why-and if she wont be able to you wont have much of a choice but to take her out, she hasnt left you with many options to go on

This may sound harsh, but I would drop her now. If she is like this in planning your wedding, how do you think she will be the day of? You don't need any extra stress. You need BMs that are there to make things better not worse.

I wonder how it went since today is Sunday. But if you still haven't done anything. I would leave her a message telling her that you don't want to do this but if she does not return your call and go with you today to pay for and get measured for the dress she leaves you no choice but to take her name off the list. You have attempted several times. It's not your fault.

You don't need to order the dresses that soon from David's. You can give yourself some more time. I got my BM dress from David's in 3 weeks.
There is more to this than meets the eye. Give it some more time.
