I recently had it out with one of my friends who can seem to settle down. She has one guy sooo in love with her but she continues to float around with the other guy. And now an ex of hers ex bf I want to be my dj and she said she will be no part of my wedding i said to her this is my wedding and it business talk its not up to you. she said fine and we have not spoken since.... :( what to do

he gave me a really good price i have not booked yet i am still looking i never had any problems with him though

I agree, she should not make this about herself..If he is giving you a great deal, take it. A true friend wouldnt act like that...

I can't believe your friend is actimg like that. That is very rude on her part and inconsiderate. you should not have to confer with her who your vendor choices are. If her ex boyfriend is the dj that you prefer I would book him.

My FH had this SAME Scenario. But he was the Best man, the one saying that he will take no part in the wedding...the DJ wasnt an X but was a DJ who ripped him off with a deposit.
Long story short....they still hired the DJ and they asked him to step down as best man. He felt very hurt and its been 3 years now...27 years of friendship went down the drain. FH was wrong...but I kinda see his point., and the groom's point also.
What you need to think about is how much do you value your friendship...
