Are the girls suppose to get their hair done on their own or are they suppose to get it done with you? I was thinking of having someone come to the house and do everyone's hair and make-up. Is that how it's suppose to work?
Also, are you having your BM's wear their hair the same way? Are they suppose to pay for their own hair and make-up?

The last wedding I was in, my cousin wanted me to go to her salon. I know that salon and hate it so I said I'd go elsewhere on my own. And I did and it was fine. It's not like she was offering to pay or had a specific style in mind, she just wanted it up.
I'm not telling my BMs to do anything specific except wear their dress and black shoes. I don't care what kind of shoes, just black. I'm not particular about what kind of jewelry or how they wear their hair either. I want them to be themselves.
They can pay for their own hair and make-up, in which case I would make it optional to do with your person, or you could pay for it as part of their BP gift. HTH!

I told my girls they can either come with me to my salon or they can go on their own. Almost all of them opted to come with me.

I'm going to have someone come to the hotel...but I'm not requiring anyone to get their hair done. If they want to get it done, they will have to pay. If they don't, then they don't have to.

I am having my makeup at my house and whoever wants to he will do theirs, but I am not paying for their makeup

I am having someone come to the house to do all of our hair (she is bringing some assistants) and someone else coming to do all of our makeup. I gave my girls the option of getting their hair and makeup done. They can get their hair done however they want - I am not requiring them to do it all a specific way. They are all paying their own way for their hair and makeup - and I am sure some girls won't opt to get it done because of that reason - it does get pricy. But I dont mind - I know they will all look great! I may ask that they all wear something in their hair that I will buy for them (a silk flower or sparkly barette or something) but I am not sure about that just yet.
