My girls are wearing floor length gowns and wearing whatever shoe color they want. But with navy I'd probablu do silver.
My girls wore floor length navy and I gave them the choice of them all wearing silver or all wearing nude. They picked nude (though looking through pics my SIL def. wore silver instead - it didn't really matter though lol).

I am doing exactly what MattandJess2013 said! Im giving the option of silver or nude because I personally love the look of nude, but I know my girls probably have silver, or that may be easier to find, and since its floor length I didn't want to be too controlling. Picking my battles strategically lol
My girls are going to be in floor length chiffon and are able to wear whatever shoes they want. Most of them will take their shoes off at the reception off anyway!
