Ok so I originally wanted my BM's to have silver shoes (I would pick the style bc they are short dressed)..but now my mom is saying I should have the shoes dyed to match...which im not to sure how I like that...

i think dyed might look the best... but i have worn that dress before and it is beautiful!! it looked fabulous on everyone in the wedding. ive even worn it to weddings since then and always get complimented.

If I was a BM - I would prefer silver bc i can wear them again - and I think silver will look awesome with that shade of purple

I prefer silver. I wore dyables at my sisters wedding and it was the hugest pain in the neck EVER. It rained, and our shoes were basically spreading red dye everywhere. We were so afraid to stand close to her and get red all over her dress!!!

Seeing the picture... i like the silver but i think it would look better dyed purple...
i wasnt sure how my girls would look with orange dresses and orange shoes... but i loved it... i think that purple will have the same effect...

Do sexy silver strappy ones. The contrast will be nice. In my personal opinion, I feel like dyables are outdated. Not to mention that it is true that if it rains everyone will be miserable including you should a purple shoe come close to your white gown! Plus, there is no guarentee that the match will be perfect. I was in a wedding with peachy/champagne colored dresses and all our shoes had a different color tone to it.

this looks champagne to me...and I was going to suggest taht color.
I honestly never match my shoes to my dress i always try to use an accent color...the only time i may match is if im in black.
I say go with a silver or champagne

Silver. We wore a color similar to that at my cousins wedding and it just looked soooooooooooo much better with the silver shoe. If you want the clean look then have them all get the same shoe if your dress is short.

I had a light purple dress for my friends wedding and wore silver satin shoes... i thought it looked nice!!
Maybe they could all pick a style of dyeable shoes (something they will wear again) and then all get them dyed together out of the same batch?

okay this is just my opinion but I am sooo anti dyed shoes. I feel like it is too 90's you want your BM dresses to pop-too blah and old school for me. Go with a metallic

Thank you all so much ladies! I still like it with the silver better..its my mom who wants the dyeable ..I'm no a fan of matchy-matchy..
