BM Shoe Question???

BM Shoe Question???

Is anyone having their BM's all wear the same shoes?

The only request I asked my BM's was to stay away from big, chunky heel shoes and that it be dyed to match the dress. Open toe/closed toe high heel, stiletto, kitten heel is up to them. I want them to be compfy. I also don't want them spending a lot of $$$.

The only reason why I actually requested they get a dyeable was bc for my cousins wedding she didn't tell us anything about the shoes and she had one BM show up in clear lucite stripper shoes and another in black chunky Steven Madden's. The dress was periwinkle blue

What have you ladies requested of your BM's shoe choices if any?

I asked them to get gold strappy sandals and definitely no chunky heels. I'd faint if one of my girls showed up in stripper heels!!!!!!!!!

I KNOW!!!! My cousin was such a gem! She didn't say a word. AND of course it was her FSIL (now SIL) wearing the 'Scores Dancer Shoes.'

i asked for silver shoes, any style they like...but they all like strappy anyway, so they said they would show me first...(i didn't ask them to show me first-they just want to make sure)

This is what I think Im going to do. I want them to be able to wear the shoes again. I really dont care about heals, straps, etc. my girls have pretty simple taste.

my BM all have the sandal but it was a great price less than $50 on sale so how can anyone pass that up

we did not. people's feet are all different. i just asked for a strappy sandal with no rhinestones on it!

I just wanted them to be comfortable!

I'm going to ask them to steer clear of really high heels, ask that they be sandal or open toed, and brushed silver. I don't like the idea of my girls wearing lavender shoes.

No I just told them that they can get any pair if silver shoes they want as long as they match the dress. The were content.

I'm asking them to get silver shoes. The BMs dresses are blue so I'm sure it will look fine together. I just think dyeables are a waste of their money since they'll never be able to wear them again.

I just told them to get black shoes they would want to use again. Most of the girls have pretty simple tastes and comparibly short significant others which works nice because most of them are taller than me and FH isn't that much taller than me either!

Nope, I am having them pick out their own...what ever they are more comfortable in. THe only thing I ask is if they are starppy or more like a sandal.

I don't care if the shoes are matching or not. FH's cousin is in my wedding party and she LOVES flip flops and I told her she could even get dyeable flip flops if she wanted. However, I'm not sure yet whether or not I'm going to have them get shoes dyed to match or have them wear white shoes or maybe silver? My BM dresses are lilac with a white sash around the waist and they are tea length. So I'm not sure what to do!!

all i'm telling my girls is that their shoes have to be white...don't care what kind of white as long as they're white..other than that i could really care less what kind of shoe it is..i want them to be comfortable and not spend a crazy amount of money

The color I am choosing is going to be too difficult to match and I'm not going to kill myself to do it. So I'm just telling them to buy whatever they want, open toe in silver so that it goes. I'm going to buy them comfortable flip-flops for the reception. I don't think they would choose a bad shoe, I would probably laugh if they did-- It doesn't matter though because the dresses are floor length. If they were tea-length I would have a stroke! haha!

So whatever silverish strappy, sandal they want to buy is fine by me!
