Did You ask them to wear shoes you picked out or have them pick their own shoes?

i told the girls i found these 3 shoes and I wanted them to wear either one of them
They are all criss crossed and have 3 different heel hights.

The shoes I picked were simple and elegant and very comfy.

Is that wrong to ask them to wear them?
I think they look really good with the dress...

Yeah thats what i thought. I just asked that they wear silver to match the dresses.

I know...And I found out that 1 of them said something about Am i serious?

I mean I have not asked them to do anything...and I would like them to wear the same shoes.
I am not being a Bridezilla...I just really like these shoes...and they kinda match mine but with out the crystals and pearls

I let them pick their own - told them either gold or bronze, the dresses are long so they won't be seen too much anyway - and I wanted them to wear something they had, or something they would wear again.

I am sure some of my BMs is saying the same thing.

At first I was going to let them choose their shoes, but then the MOHs suggested it and seemed to have wanted to have the same shoes - so that was fine by me too.

The place where I told them to go, gives you the chance to dye them black for free.

i just told them white sandals and had them find shoes that they find comfortable and actually like. I don't wanna have to hear anyone complain about the shoes that day and know that its cuz i made them wear a certain shoe. the dresses are long so i don't think anyone will be able to tell anyways.

i told them silver, open toe preferred. a lot of people already have silver shoes or can borrow, and i didnt want to make them buy new if they already had. i also wanted them to be comfortable... i find most strappy shoes uncomfortable but love a high heel, and i know other people like lower, etc.

however, we have long dresses so you wont really see their shoes. if we had short dresses i might have preferred the shoes to be a little more uniform?

I suggested a reasonable shoe I found 3 out of the 5 girls got it, but I let them wear whatever they wanted just as long it was silver and 'strappy' =)
