My girls are wearing black dresses so I figured shoes would be able to save money. I asked them all to wear either a peep toe or strappy black shoe.

I told them gold heels too, no one had them and a few people asked if they could just wear something different that they already had. I said ok until they told me they wanted to wear boots ........right after being told them I went out and bought them all gold shoes

I told them silver shoes and then suggested that they wear closed toe shoes because we WILL be outside taking pictures at some point and I don't care if one of their little toes falls off because they decided to wear open toe shoes and it's snowing...........

yes they are all having silver shoes but they can have whatever style they want because they have long gowns

to answer my own question, lol...i dont care which shoes they wear but kinda wanted them to all be the same color (charcoal) and since its not a standard color, they would have to have them dyed so i feel bad asking them to spend extra money and on top of it, dye them a color which they may never wear again and then theyll really have waisted money. i guess they could dye them back to black but then thats extra money for them...i guess i will just tell them black even though that wasnt my first choic

Just the same color as the dresses, so that it flows. I want them to be comfortable so they can pick whatever style shoes that they want.
