BM VENT SPINOFF

I had the same situation happen. My best friend has another best friend who hates me. She is jealous of our friendship.. she has been since we were kids. She has done soo many things terrible to me through the years. I dont even know how my best friend stayed friends with her but that is another story!! WELL she has been dating her boyfriend about the same time as me.. FH and I got engaged on 9-12-09.. we came home to my house after and all of my friends and family were over to celebrate. We announced our date (which was originally 6-11-11).. my best friend said 'uh oh.. i think 'the biotch' wants a june 2011 wedding.. I said OK but she is NOT engaged yet so I shouldnt have to work around her.. WAS I WRONG?

Well within 1 day 'the biotch' asked her entire bridal party to be part of her wedding, booked the church and reception hall, AND SEND OUT SAVE THE DATES A WEEK LATER!! 2 yrs in advance may I add!!! SHE DID ALL OF THIS WITHOUT A RING ON HER FINGER!!!!!!!!! WHO DOES THAT!!! Now my best friend is her maid of honor!!! p.s - they did get engaged a little while later ON MY BIRTHDAY lol.

But anywho all of our mutual friends said they cant agree to go to either wedding!!! The girl refused to change her date and I had to change mine to be the bigger person!!! I coulndt put my friends in a situation like that, and maybe i will get some good karma out of it.

I cant believe our mutual friends can even look at this girl after what she did!!!!!!!! UGH!!!!!!!!! I hope it POURS RED WINE THAT DAY!!!! (im sorry to any of my LIW girls who are getting married that day, in your case i will take it back!)

People like that are just miserable people. They are not happy with themselves, therefore, they must make others unhappy.

Don't let that girl get to you. You were nice enough to change the date of your wedding, which personally, i would have told her to go f*** herself, but if I were her friends and saw what she did to you, I would not be talking to her.

That is just nasty of her.

Wow. Not only is that extremely childlike, but completely crazy. I feel sorry for that guy marrying her, she sounds like a nut!

Ugh thats so annoying.

My FBIL got his gf preggo and they werent even engaged and she planned a wedding for this summer (to be legally married, 100 people are coming) and one for next yr only a month after mine (for 250+ people)... Even after I BEGGED them to leave some space (like at least 2-3 months) between the weddings because they would already be married so whats the rush!! and its like 120 of the same guests and wouldnt be right to do... but they ignored me completely.. I am still livid beyond belief...

At least this is someone you can escape that wont be at your wedding.. I have to be involved in all of this trash fest and reminded of how disrespectful and trashy they are cause it's FHs brother... PLUS, now your date is super special.. but yeah I totally feel ya I would hate her forever

Ugh- I'm sorry you had to go through that. Some people are just miserable individuals, and aren't happy unless they are making other peoples lives miserable too!!! So sh!tty!!

The girl who tried to do it to me, even asked me if I could suggest any places for her to look at, or any helpful websites- F*ck that ****, I wasn't telling her about LIW!!! She can sit and spin- there is no way in hell I want her anywhere near this place! She doesn't deserve the LIW wedding touches and help we give/get here!!!!

I do like that your date has a special connection to your history together though! Maybe it worked out for the better!!!!
