BM vs MOH Opinions Please

I was thinking of having all of my BM's and MOH to wear the same dress. Is anyone else doing this?

I might have the MOH's bouquet be made a little bigger to show that she is the MOH.

the MOH is my sister and she had dresses with sashes at her wedding and my color was reversed since i was her MOH. when i told her i might want the same dress for everyone she sounded like she didn't like the idea.

Is anyone else having them all wear the same dress?

yeah, mine are all wearing the same dress and will have the same bouquet.

Hey there. I am having all of them wear the same dresses - I was originally going to have the MOH wear something in the same color family but FH said I should be the only one who stands out

If your MOH didn't quite agree with your idea - tough cookies - its your wedding, so do what makes you happy! This isn't about her its about you. I love my bridesmaids and MOH and I am trying to find a style that they will all feel comfortable with + budget freindly but regarding color, length, and dress thats all up to me. They are the maids and you're the bride They accepted to be a part of your day and your vision and above all help you with whatever you may need and with opinions - the end result of that opinion is up to you

I am paying for her makeup to be done and having her carry a bigger bouquet

Another unique touch to make her feel special or standout is via jewlery or hair jewlery or hairstyle. My bridesmaids can do whatever they wish with their hair but if mine is down, theres will be up and visa versa... so i'm also contemplating having my MOH be the only one out of the group (asides form myself) with hair up or down.
You could also have her wear a special brooch and or add a sash if the dress is without one (if it works). Hope this helps.

Hey tauny - the dress that i like doesn't come with a brooch but online they show the dress with a brooch. so i was going to get all of my BM's and my MOH a brooch as part of theit BP gift - so that won't really have her stand out. idk, she looked like she didn't like the idea but your right, its my wedding and if i want them all wearing the same thing, then that is the way it will be!

I was just a MOH in a wedding and we all wore the same dresses. It was fine. I don't think you HAVE to make the MOH stand out. It's totally up to you.

Here is a pic of my MOH and one of my BMs during my ceremony. Same dress, different bouquets. I thought this looked lovely, but of course, I am biased.

My sister wore the same dress, but the BMs had a pink sash on it and hers was white to match my dress.

My MOHs (i have 2) have the choice of selecting a second pre-approved color that accents the bm dress. however, they must have accents on their dress that match the BM dresses.(ie, sash, bow, or flower)

all my ladies are wearing the same color, floor length gowns but in different styles. I plan to have my 2 MOH stand out w/different bok and I might also get them a DO necklace along w/the bracelet and earrings I am getting for the other girls.

I only have 1 moh and 1 bm so they are wearing the same thing. same bouquet. no distinction really.

mine wore the same dress and some bok. I totally didn't even think of having her stand out. All the guys were the same too. They stood up with us at the church and did their speeches so I think that was plenty.
