BMI is below 24!!!

finally!!! 23.8...I'm pretty excited...1 1/2 pounds to get to my next goal...and then 10-15 pounds (TOPS) after that!!!

thanks for the support...as much as its hard to do the SBD...I'm loving the weightloss...and since I was dieting before I started it (lost 13 pounds)...I'm pretty sure its not water weight!!!
