Today my sister asked me what color shoes do I want them to wear. THe color of the dresses will be apple(like a maroon color) Would you get the shoes dyed or would black shoes be ok.

i told my girls to just wear nice black shoes. the gown is to the floor, so i didnt see the point in them buying red shoes that theyll never wear again. at least if they have to go out and buy new black shoes, they will wear them after that. jmo

I think black is a nice color... if you decide to go with the same as your dress I would suggest taking a swatch and getting all of the shoes died together!

If the dresses are long, then NOBODY will see them, so don't have them waste money.
if they are tea lenght (as mine are) then either have them get died shoes, or get a coordinating color that will look good on camera like Neen said... all in 'black' or like with mine, because you SEE the shoes, If I dont' get them died..I might do Cream or Silver shoes b/c the dresses are green.

My girls will be wearing burgundy dresses - floor length - and I have told them to get black shoes that they know they will get more use out of. No one will see the shoes at all.
