BNB and FISHING ON LI

Can anyone suggest any locations to take FH to for his BDAY? Its next weekend, and we were thinking of going away for 2 nights, and doing a bit of fishing... Suggestions?

If you know of nice places without the fishing part, bring them on too...

Montaulk - deep sea fishing & a weekend at Gurneys.....how awesome would that be!

Gurney's is pricey as Hell. Meghan, I traded my Gurney's for the e-shoot with Imagine, remember?

Hampton Bays - Its cheaper than Gurneys AND you can go fishing right from the Shinnecock Canal.

if you're going in the next month Gurney's might have some off season discounts..it is pricey, though

do you want to fish off a boat or on land? if land then I'd go off the beach. Will ask my dad for fishing advice.

Also what about the North Fork? I've heard there are nice fishing and B&B spots there...
