Bo-K Charm

Bo-K Charm

I really want to have a picture of my dad on my bouquet. I know a lot of people have done it -- how!?!
I am so not crafty.
I went to Michael's for the first time in my life yesterday looking for a charm or frame, but they didn't have anything that seemed right.
Where do you get them?
Thanks!

Re: Bo-K Charm

Hi MsP!!! Here's an alternative from another 'not so crafty' bride. On the day of my wedding my sis surprised me with this (as you recall we had a lot going on that week ) so I just had no time/interest in doing some of the 'little things'. She came to the house before and gave me a locket from Fortunoff's that had 2 pix of my departed aunts inside; she tied it with a blue ribbon and a safety pin to attach to my bouquet. The great thing was she wrote a note, and this was my old (pics), new (locket) borrowed (safety pin!!) and blue (ribbon). I thought it was super sweet of her, here's a pic. And it was nice because that bouquet gets heavy after hours and hours so the locket didn't add much weight to it!!!

I have left over rhinestone buckles that I used for my invites. I printed out a small photo of my dad, used a quarter as a template for the circle, cut the picture out and just slipped it in place.
