Bo-K Crystals?

Anyone know of a website where you can buy 'initials' like if my name is Brenda-- a crystal B for a bo-k??

also, what about crystal butterflies or just regular crystals to adorn a bo-k??

whatever you can drudge up for me would be a big help-- i've been searching w/ no luck!
