Boardy Barn Music- appropriate?

Im trying to explain to fh what it is, and I am drawing a blank on examples..anyone have any favorites?

eta- Is this type of music appropriate? Our friends are all young- 19-25, and our parents and their friends are all 45-55, there is nothing in the middle. I think it is a fun style of music, and will have everyone dancing...but is it inappropriate?

I don't think there is anything inappropriate about it, it's just music. For those who know what it represents, the funner it will be, for those who don't no harm done. It's good get up and dance and sing music. I have many boardy barn songs on my must play....HAVE FUN!!!!
Ahhhh, the barn....LOLOLOL

Yes I think it is appropriate - it is party music. Every wedding I have ever been to has played some BB music.

My friends and I hang out there often during the summer...It gets everyone dancing..but I read some people saying its inappropriate, and that they have that kind of music on their do not play list..made me hesitant..but whatever I guess I just needed to know im not the only one

I loove the barn, my friends do the same thing, only its harder to get there being in NJ now , and its not inappropirate (sweet caroline, american pie?? all harmless songs... ).. the older folk will have NO idea of the barn, and the hijinx that go on there (well my step father went there when he was younger -but im sure most have no idea)... your not alone!! im on the same page girl!.. this post makes me wanna go now!!
