Body Heat

I have decided to use the band Body Heat and I am SO EXCITED!!

Has anyone booked or used Body Heat? Do you know what they do during breaks? Do they have a CD that they play? Also, is there anything I should ask them about up front? I know sometimes vendors won't mention things when you sign the contract, and then later they ask for more $$ to throw extras in. I love them, I just want to make sure I do it right!

I've sen Body Heat perform and they are amazing. I'm sorry I don't remember what they did during their breaks.

I booked body heat as well for my nov 2004 wedding. i think that they have 1 person on stage for a break. aren't they amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We booked Body Heat for our wedding. My Brother used them a few years ago also. They had to pay the hall for overtime because nobody sat down all night!! The guests danced all night!

My mom went to a wedding that had them after my brother's wedding, she said they didn't play as much. I am going to tell them this before my wedding so I don't get dissapointed.

I have faith in them. It may have been a dull crowd at the wedding my mom went to.

They played a cd during their breaks. I am sure you go over that before the wedding.

On my contract it says continous music with 1 person on stage. I seriously hope they do not play CD's during the break. I will definitely ask them this before the wedding. There is no way I am paying them $6500 for them to play Cd's during breaks.

It may not have been a CD. I just know it was some music. Maybe it was a CD with someone singing. I don't remember

WE are considering them too! WE loved them at the showcase! WE just want to look at couple of band before booking them. So far we've like them the best!

Actually, I want to create our own CD for them to play during the break. Only because, my family is from TX and Body Heat probably does not play TEx-Music , latin rock or Country WEstern music tunes. Maybe some, but not all! Let us know what you decide!

Ohh Snowboardgirl,

I am sorry if I came off really p*ssed! I just think that they are so talented and I prefer live music over Cd's. I hope I didn't make you feel bad!

JuJu- I think they do play some country tunes. Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and Shania are all on their play list.
