Mandee- it's cheap aand it works great. I used it in a 100 degree weather. I thought it was the best thing ever.

i got mine from Mandee's too and it's dirt cheap. problem is - i DON'T KNOW how to use these darn stuff!
one side is sticky but it looks like you fold it in the middle?!??

I suggest using sock glue (its an Irish dancer thing)
last item on page here's another site I suggest this for anyone who wants something to 'stay in place'
I ADORE sock glue!
it works anywhere.. and washes off with water.
