Bon Bon's chocolatiers?

In Huntington? Has anyone used them/ tasted their chocolate? I definitely want to do truffles as a favor, I would prefer a local shop rather than an online distributer. I found them through a search of LI Chocolatiers.

I can't get up there to try em out before they close for vacation.....

Also, would it be COMPLETELY loony to just use them without tasting their product?

Thanks....
Amy
