Boo! My boss just gave away my shower date!

Well, we were sitting here and talking about some trials that are coming up (I do electronic evidence presentation and technology for litigation).

We were talking about a trial in month of July. He said you should be fine except for that one date, July 19th right?

I looked at him and said 'Pete, im going to pretend I did not hear you say that.'

It was an honest mistake.

But im sad

I never had a surprise party before.

But im excited and will NOT registry stalk!

But that's a Sunday....

That's the day we leave for our honeymoon which is why I know...

ETA: Oh i thought you meant your work shower date. Why would your male boss know about your real shower date?

No work shower. We only have 10 people in the company.

I do a LOT of traveling for my job. I told the MOH sh needed to talk to the boss to make sure I would not be away. It would suck if they planned a shower and I had to travel to chicago that weekend.
