Booked

So after doing my search. I decided to stick close to home. I booked with the Greentree Country Club in New Rochelle. I have heard nothing but great things about them.

congrats...that whole strip is soooo beautiful. I came so close to going with beckwith pointe.

Thank you, I know I love the strip. I was going to book with Surf, but was alittle out of my range. I also looked at Beckwithe, was going to book, but it didn't sit well with me like the Greentree did. I plan on booking the DJ next week, florist and phot/video.

Thanks. No, actually I live in the Bronx. It would be closer for my family members to get there than LI.

I can totally relate with you about BP. Although I loved the peacefulness of the area, I didn't like the cocktail hour being sectioned off by the divider. When I went one time it was low tide so all you saw was mud, the other time I went it had been raining and it was high tide so you couldn't even see the rocks. I also didn't care for the small lobby. I thought it would be way too cramped for guests especially if another function was going on. What sealed the deal was that I felt the BM was a bit too sarcastic for my liking and wallet . You have nothing to worry about at greentree though!

Wow, I feel confident about GTCC. I didn't like BP because of the sectional off coctail area too, and then when I ask about reducing the price, they told me that's reasonable. The funny thing was I was there when a wedding was taking place, and the guest were waiting outside. I left and never went back.

Congrats on booking Greentree, I am getting married there to in Sept 09! Who is your BM, we deal with Dennis, but they are all great to work with.

Im so excited to see another Greentree bride. I was suppose to meet with Dennis, but I ended up meeting with Larry, and you're right they're good, I couldn't beleive what I was getting for my price. Excellent. Did you do their food tasting?
