Also, I need your opinion on something: In meeting with our wedding planner we got a whole bunch of coupons and free stuff and one coupon was for free cocktail hour entertainment with the DJ but all they do is set up a sound system and it's background music.........do you guys think its cheesy?!?!

I really wanted live music but it's so much extra and we're trying to keep a decent budget. My mom says no one is going to notice and we are getting it for free. I don't know, just wanted to get some more thoughts. TIA!!

WOW- where did you get the coupon??? GO FOR IT! I was gonna book a live jazz band @ my cocktail hour and asked EVERYONE I know if they would notice- needless to say, we are saving 1300$ on that!

P.S. Good choice with Serenity! Eddie (the owner) is a great guy and I've used them before- we are booked with them too

honestly I've been to CH with NO music so even if its just speakers at least its something so no ITS NOT CHEESEY.

Hey stranger, I haven't seen you on here in awhile!! I don't think its cheesy at all. We are probably doing the same thing (we booked with LI sound too!! ) It's just so expensive to have a physical body and CH playing music! FH and I discussed it and we decided we don't care, no one will even notice!
