Booked my video yesterday
I booked my video yesterday and wanted to offer some insights about which companies I saw.
Wild Rose- This is who I booked. Bill and Marie are great. The video has great sound quality and perfect images. They have a few packages $1499-$2499. They even put on an unfinished video for me to take a look at band. Although I really liked many of the companies I just felt really good about Wild Rose and their work. I felt that I was watching parts of a love story instead of a wedding video.
Candlelight Video- very nice work. people are professional. I know that some of their work has won awards. Sound quality is excellent.
Steve Taub- good work. If you want a very simple video without much editting he is the one to go with. His costs are $1200-$1400(?). I was not crazy about the sound quality during the vows.
Ray O'Connor and VIP videos- I am not a fan of using the same photographer and videographer. I think both 'products' are unique and just because someone can do one great, does not mean they can do both very well. These videos were fine but I think the others above were much better. But as photographers I think VIP is very good and Ray O'Connor also does nice work.
