Totally psyched about this one. We're mailing out her contract and deposit tonight. We decided to go with Kimberly Hurst (www.kimberlyhurst.com). VintageGirl used her as a second photographer at her wedding. She's amazing. Love her style and her portfolio was awesome. So happy to get another vendor done! Now we're either going to work on the officiant or DJ. Not sure yet.

OMG yes. FH and I are not big fans of the traditional wedding photo. We REALLY researched photographers because we felt it was the most important vendor. We saw some great ones that were way out of our price range. When I saw her work in VINTAGEGIRL's review I contacted her immediately. Such a sweetheart. We couldn't be happier with our choice. And the best thing is I'm sure she'll do right by us. Can just feel it.

That is so funny! We LOVED her. Told FH didn't care how he got the money for the deposit, but I wanted to book her ASAP. We met with her last month and I just couldn't wait to book her. Something told me I better jump on it Going to FM you the info of someone that I found to be comparable in price and style.

Amandah75 congrats I booked her for my Sept. 2010 wedding too!! I was really really nervous about booking a photographer...especially because we are not doing video but I just got such a great great vibe from her! Her style is amazing and her attitude is fabulous...I'm so happy you're getting married before me because I can't wait to see your pics! Good luck with the rest of the vendors...I'm up to florists...
