Booked - Sandals Montego Bay!!

So we tentatively booked for Sandals Montego Bay. We ran into some money issues and so we´re not 100% sure we will be able to go but booked b.c of sandals money back guarantee. We chose Montego Bay because it´s only 15 inutes away from the airport (we´re only going for 4 nights so we want to enjoy as much time as possible at the hotel) Jamaica seems to have the best prices through jet blue. Although they´re having a $99 sale to st lucia right now. If that remains we may switch to St Lucia for the honeymoon (every little bit helps!!)

Congrats on booking! But, how did you choose between Montego Bay and St. Lucia? I'm still torn on which resort I want.

We orignally started thinking about it because Jet Blue had a $99 sale to St. Lucia(which originally I though was round trip so I was amazed!! later I read the fine print!). We started looking at the site and then saw that the Jamaica resorts were nice too and we were torn.

Since they were all nice and around the same price(and we are on such a tight budget), we went with Jamaica because it´s usually a cheaper flight then going to St. Lucia (at least with Jet Blue anyway - the St. Lucia sale is over). The only thing is that Jet Blue doesn´t post prices that far out and so we don´t know what the price will be in april.

Since you can get your money back if you cancel within 45 days for Sandals, we booked to get the sale (which keeps getting extended anyway!!!) What we are going to do is once we are closer to the date check the prices again just in case. I just thought of something - we´ll probably look into how long the flight is to each place as well. We will only be going 4 nights.

If you just want to compare with hotels there is an option on the site where you put the hotel info side by side of two resorts so that you can compare.

Sorry, I just realized this is really long. It´s an hour earlier here (Ecuador) and so I´m still half asleep. Hopefully I´m not just rambling and this actually makes some sense.
