Booked the Hotel

Yep - - -I know it's early....but I have soooooo many family members flying in next year.....I wanted to secure a block for my guests

Thats great, its never too early to do something like that bec you never know, you dont want your guests to be without a hotel. Good for you, something less to worry about

I'm in the same boat as you!

I'm so nervous about making sure we had rooms for 4th of July weekend. We are looking now too and the managers are like 'but your guests can't even book them until a year in advance!' But I need to get this one done!

We're using the Holiday Inn in Plainview....it's so close to both the church and reception hall. I am excited because I am going to be sleeping there the night before (I booked the honeymoon suite just for me ) ha ha ha ha ha

SUNFLOWER!!! i'm booking there too!! today was the day me fh, and my mom went looking at hotels again..my mom and i had already seen holiday inn plainview but were a little concerned that there didn't seem to be anything to do around there.. so we went looking at other places but the price was SOO good at holiday inn.. i'm going back tomorrow to block off my rooms!! And we drove around and found that there are some small shopping centers not too far.. i'm gonna put direction cards in the OOT bags for guests who wanna get to the mall or something..
