Booked the RD!

So, since I was moments away from a total breakdown I decided to delegate my very first task! I asked FH to book the RD! and WITHOUT ME! Okay so I worried ALL day about it but in the end it felt great that one detail was taken care of with minimal work from me!

We are having our dinner the Friday before the wedding here:

O'Lavrador

This is our favorite restaurant! It is a little more expensive than we would have liked but I knew I wanted the RD here before I knew where the wedding would be! LOL

So the church rehearsal is at 6PM and the dinner is at 7PM - hope that is enough time!

And after a year and nine months of being engaged: FILs said they would help out a little with the RD! LOL YAY!

I am so excited, AND FH brought me home a HUGE tray of paella to surprise me!!

ETA: by delegating the task I mean I called first to talk to the woman, typed out a list of people, questions and what we need and THEN let him take care of it

Im still looking. I see its in Jamaica very close to me. I see they have party rooms and if you say the food is good then its a must see.

no we are both italian but that place is amazing!

We have had everything there from birthday parties, after wake dinners, anniversary parties. . . etc etc etc!!

I really wanted to do something different for my family since they always go to italian places!

just wanted to clarify - FH and I always go there and his family holds events there but MY family has never been lol my post didnt make sense
