Booking a Venue

So I saw 25 places in person and I choose my top two affordable venues to do a food tasting and or second appointment with. I will then book with one of those two. I already met with these halls once before and asked the basic questions - using the lists I've seen on here before...

but... Are there any specific things I should make sure to ask or look at before I book? This is making me nervous!!
