Booking florist??

OK, how far in advance should you REALLY book your florist? I'm talking reality in NY here, not what the generalized lists in the bridal mags and books say . . .

THANKS!

Re: Booking florist??

since your wedding is in october I would say no later than feb, due to popular deman the best florists get booked early and you also need time to shop around for the best prices.

Hope that helps

I did it pretty early on.. I figured why wait.. Once you have your venue booked- you can start looking.

I agree... you don't want to wait too long.. I am also getting married in October and many vendors are booked for my date already.. I couldn't believe it!!

Good luck

I booked mine in Oct. for my wedding in April. I think I did it very early but I wanted it out of the way this way I am sure that I have the florist.

I am booking mine next week & I still have over a year...I think like anything, if there is someone in mind that you REALLY want, jump on it as soon as possible!

You can wait until right before the wedding, but you run a risk of good florists being booked for your day.
