It seems that the biggest problem vendors people have are with their Limo's usually, I don't get it. It makes me very hesitant to book with someone...and there's like a gazillion companies out there so who to choose :scratch! Can anyone share a great limo company you've dealt with and possibly FM me prices and types of limo's you got. What questions should I be asking them...what should I be looking for, etc.?? Thank you!!!!

Re: Booking limos makes me nervous?!?!
Now I see special packages in the newspaper etc. for 3 hour specials.....what confuses me about that is (regardless we'd need it for longer because our church is at 2:30 and CH at 6:00) but how the heck would we get home from the RH if we just have the limo for 3 hours

Re: Booking limos makes me nervous?!?!
I just posted about Camelot and didn't see any negative reviews about them!
I would ask if they 'own' their vehicles; can they provide transportation at the end of the night - what is the charge if any; when does the 'clock' start; make sure to let them know if you want to stop and take pictures somewhere aside from RH...
That's all I can think of for now! HTH :)

We might be doing shuttle service (not sure yet) to/from our hotel (Melville Mariott) but as for FH and I - I decided to get a pickup from the RH to the hotel just for us! For some alone time!

Re: Booking limos makes me nervous?!?!
I went to clear choice Limo. My mom is friends with the woman who runs the Long Island Bride catalog thing and she recommended us to them she has used them before also. They don't charge gratuity so you can tip what you want unlike most companies where they automatically charge 20%. I think they are around $850 for a hummer. I got a deal because she is friends with the woman My mom knows. But thats a great price from other companies that i called. They are located in huntington. On New york avenue.

they usually send a towncar to pick you and FH up after the reception and take you back to your hotel, and it's usually included in the whole deal.

ALL STAR was great!!! great prices, really helpful and super clean cars. Not too many options on car types, but if that kind of thing doesn't matter to you then you'll definitely be happy!!

Re: Booking limos makes me nervous?!?!
I booked with Royalty and had a great experience with them and I think they were reasonably priced.
I booked with them because both of my cousins used them in 2004 and 2005 and we had GREAT experiences!
