Booking limo's on Sunday. What should I ask??

first off ask how many does it hold. whatever you have going in it - try to get one that holds 2 more than that. ie: for 10 ppl - maybe get 12 ppl limo.

do you want a bar in it?

ask what time they come to get you? should be there 1/2 hour before you need to leave for where you are getting married (church, hall, temple, etc)

ask to see limo in person or picture if can't show you actual limo. if they can, get in...see for yourself how nice they are.

oh!! CHECK OUT COMPANY ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU website. I think it's www.betterbusinessbureau.org or .com - if anyone has complained about them to the BBB you'll find out that way.

Find out how long the drivers have had their licenses, if they have gotten alot of speeding tickets or moving violation tickets. Find out how late they are willing to stay. Well actually what we are doing - since our limo guy goes for 3 hours at a fixed rate and charges more for after reception is that we will just get a nice taxi (one of those nicer black cars) for after reception - cheaper.

Items to include on contract:

1. Name of the driver
2. Name of the back up driver (in case of emergency)
3. The attire (suite and tie, tux, uniform)
4. Drivers duties - buff car before reception, or assist ederly guest for example
5. The dae, time, exact hours to be worked.
6. the pickup locations, destinations, and wheter drivers should wait at each site or return.
7. make model and year color, license plate number of the car
8. amenities - such as tv, vcr, cd player, bar, ac, champange, sunroof, phone, umbrellas.
9. total cost and overtime fees, deposit, balance (is gratituty included in the fee?); payment schedule; and extra fees for tolls, parking, travel time, overtime, and cleaning up (rice, spills)
10. cancellation and refund policies.
